Good afternoon. Could you please advise if there are any ways to resolve this issue? The Deye SUN-6K-SG05LP1-EU-AM2-P inverter is not recognizing the Deye SE-F12-C battery.
It displays a temperature of -100 degrees. The cable is connected to the top center of the inverter (CAN) and to the PCS on the battery. I tried both batteries one at a time—the result was the same. Lithium mode 00 is selected (it doesn’t say “Deye” near the zeros). However, the batteries are functioning and seem to be charging and discharging normally.
