This is a well know problem for several months now.
Deye has two different types of GB-L PRO battery blocks, with two different suppliers of LFP cells.
Problem is that the older version of GB-L BMS with firmware versions 4003 or older only supported the first type.
And somewhere end of last year Deye started to deliver second type with cells from new supplier.
If you combine old BMS FW with new type battery block you will get a message "cell type missmatch" along with some others.
Simple update to 4004 always solves the problem.
I'm wondering how after 5 months of daily updating the old BMS units the technical support still does not know of this problem.
