That all sounds good, the 1V safety circuit is a necessity for the US market (Solaredge and Enphase probably wrote the regulations there)
The lower voltage and higher current could also fit well with the Deye inverters where the latest models handle more current but still not the highest voltages.

I don't think these optimizers and the communication unit are for sale yet.
As far as I understood they sent us early samples for review and testing.
They should be on the market early next year.
But so far it seems they perform a bit worse than Tigo optimziers. About 3-5% lower daily production on sunny November day.
