Moin, ich habe einen Deye SG04LP3 und 2x Seplos BMS Akkus in Parallel a 10 kWh (200AH). Jeder der Akkus kann 100A Charge / 100A Discharge.
Ausgangssituation: BMS Menü des Deye zeigt korrekt 200A Ladestrom und 200A Entladestrom an. Entladestrom funktioniert auch einwandfrei mit knapp 200A (~195A netto). Aber Laden tut er leider nicht mit den vollen 200A sondern limitiert da bei ~130A, obwohl genügend Solarstrom vorhanden ist.
Habe nun mal vorhin, als die Sonne voll schien, spaßeshalber das BMS vom Master Akku während des Ladevorganges abgeklemmt. Und siehe da, sofort geht er auf knapp 200A Ladestrom hoch. Zuvor lud er wieder nur mit 130A den Akku und den Rest hat er ins Netz geschoben. Sobald ich das BMS wieder anklemme und eine ordnungsgemäße Kommunikation da ist (ohne Änderung irgendwelcher Settings), springt er nach wenigen Sekunden wieder auf die maximal 130A zurück, bwohl das BMS-Menü im Deye die 200A Ladestrom anzeigt. Kann mir das jemand erklären? Discharge funktioniert einwandfrei mit 200A - egal ob das BMS angeschlossen ist oder nicht.
Habe auch testweise mal im BMS die Charge Current auf 80A pro Akku gesenkt und auch auf 120A erhöht. Er zeigt dann auch die 160A bzw. 240A (weil 2 Akkus) Ladestrom an im Deye, aber bleibt trotzdem bei 130A maximal. Es spielt also keine Rolle, was das BMS dem WR oberhalb der 130A meldet. Ob 160A, 200A oder 240A. Er lädt maximal mit 130A die Akkus ( ~65A pro Akku).
Ich verstehe es einfach nicht.
DIP Switches sind alle korrekt, sonst würde er ja auch nicht 200A Charge / Discharge anzeigen. Einzeln laden beide Akkus mit 100A - so wie es soll. Auch mit angeschlossenem BMS.
Kan jemand was dazu sagen? Firmware 1135 C037.
The problem is that the Seplos BMW V2 200a has a default setting in the BMS that limits the charging, you need to go into the BMS with the battery monitor application on a Windows PC or the bluetooth connection (if available) and trigger the limiter to set 1C charging.
If you don't it is lmited to 0.3C charging (=200A*0,3 -> 65A per battery so 130A total)
It's called in the app: Single BMS 1.0C charging (needs to be ON).
For that reason I upgraded both my Seplos Mason 280L units with a Bluetooth capable LCD screen so it's easy to adjust with the smartphone app.

in my knowledge it is not 0.3C Charging. It should be 0.5c Charging but if the DIP5 is on for parallel usage it is not 0.5c. THe Problem isnt that the battery reports wrong values. It reports 200A Charge to the inverter. but just uses ~125-135a.
The dipswitch does nothing for the charging/discharging it only tells the main battery it has a slave or more slaves. The actual setting for the BMS has to be changed in both BMS controllers. If it is set properly and you still have only 135A in total you have to check the specifications of your batterycells.

By the way if it is set to 0.5c with 200ah capacity you should have 100A per unit, thus 200A in total. The Seplos is set to 0.3 as a factory setting.

Hallo Even warum schaltest du den Single BMS 1.0 Charging Schalter nicht einfach auf ON
Hinweis das ist der letzte der 64 Schalter welche du im Seplos BMS hast ...
Ich kann mittlerweile alle Schalter beider Batterien mit der Handy App schalten (das geht beim HOST und bei Slave)
