Greetings, I have a DEYE 8K hybrid with 2 10KW batteries attached. Every day, the Battery state of charge graph looks like the picture attached. When charging from solar, it instantly jumps from 45% up to 100%, and when discharging it jumps from 57% down to zero. There are no battery parameters set which correspond to these percentages, so I am puzzled as to why this happens. Any ideas ?
Seems to be a battery problem:
- a defect cell
- a bad connection between cells and/or BMS sensor leads - > BMS measure a wrong voltage
- wrong configured BMS
